Will never use the word “Can't” Again

“can't” all the time is just a barrier and an excuse not to do or
try things

will not assume or imagine negative things happening
Most
assumed or imagined things will never happen so why think them

will learn new things and grow each day
Every
day above ground is a good day and to learn new things is to progress
forward
I
will relax and take six deep breaths if I feel I am in a stressed
situation
Instead
of panicking or thinking bad things will happen, relax and take six
deep breaths, the effects are good for mind and body
I
will only think happy thoughts
If
you say from today I am going to be positive and only have happy
thoughts your life will change for the better
I
learn some Meditation techniques
Meditation
is great and clears the mind of negative thoughts and negative energy
I
will relax several times a day and have a power nap
Just
find a quiet space and close your eyes, think of something nice and
then relax your body, starting at your head.
Get
a life
If
you approach life with a positive outlook you will be rewarded with a
relatively trouble free and a worry free life
You
Create you Own Reality, whether you believe it or not
So
why not create a happy positive reality
