I Will never use the word “Can't” Again

Saying “can't” all the time is just a barrier and an excuse not to do or try things


I will not assume or imagine negative things happening

Most assumed or imagined things will never happen so why think them


I will learn new things and grow each day

Every day above ground is a good day and to learn new things is to progress forward


I will relax and take six deep breaths if I feel I am in a stressed situation

Instead of panicking or thinking bad things will happen, relax and take six deep breaths, the effects are good for mind and body


I will only think happy thoughts

If you say from today I am going to be positive and only have happy thoughts your life will change for the better


I learn some Meditation techniques

Meditation is great and clears the mind of negative thoughts and negative energy


I will relax several times a day and have a power nap

Just find a quiet space and close your eyes, think of something nice and then relax your body, starting at your head.


Get a life

If you approach life with a positive outlook you will be rewarded with a relatively trouble free and a worry free life
