Dissapation

Dissapation

Two men stand.

One black, one white.

Between them lies silence,

tension within.

A year later the silence is loud, the contrast is full.

The tension bursts, and gray smears the world.

Two men stand.

One black, one white.

Between them lies a joke,

an intrinsic smile.

A year later the joke is told, the smiles shine ear to ear.

Color explodes and the contrast is blurred.

Two men stand, identically placed.
