Where will it take place
That is up to you. It can be at your own home - One to One. It can be at your home with a few friends (maximum of five people). If you host a group session you will also be eligible for a Discount or we can arrange to vist your club, soicety or place of business.
How long does it take
First of all we will arrange a convenient time to come to see you. This can be done in the form below. Simply enter your name, phone number and date you would prefer in the boxes below and then click submit. You will hear within 24 hrs if the date you requested is available.

I will then come to visit you at the arranged date and time.(only evenings available at this time - 6pm - 9pm). This initial consultation is free and last apporoximately 30 minutes - 1 hour.
What happens
At the free consultation appointment I will ask you various questions about your smoking habits and rituals, your previous attempts to quit (if any), your reasons for wanting to quit and your overall suitability to the program. There are occasions when this program is not suitable. We will not take any money if we feel you will not benefit.After we have both agreed that the program will be suitable we will arrange another appointment. This is a longer appointment of about 2-3 hours. In this we will look at the following issues.

Setting a Quit date
After these have been discussed We will do some simple relaxation techniques and coping strategies.
We will then return approxamately a week later to assess how you are getting on and do some further deeper relaxation techniques. We will also instruct you in doing this yourself.

If you Host a Session at your home for a group of 2 - 5 people you will receive a £20 discount.
