Let yourself use the power of your own will to look ahead.  A person can expect to "see" their own person life, or the life of society.  In fact many believe the that future is about society.  Where will society and mankind be in the future, 1000 years!  However, do not forget your own future.

We do not have to contact god to see some of the future.  The beautiful self as shown above is looking to the future.  Something will be seen by anyone.  How important this is cannot be show very easily.  However, each person will encounter some time in being alone when they look forward.  Thus we are always trying to be happy when we are alone.

Just be watchful over yourself when you are alone is an ancient way. Consequently it is not a new age method, it is Confucius, The Doctrine of the Mean, 500 BCE. "There is nothing more visible than what is secret, and nothing more manifest than what is minute. Therefore the superior man is watchful over himself, when he is alone." When Confucius says "There is nothing more visible than what is secret," this does not mean that we know what we are doing being spiritual, or that we can understand what Confucius meant in a straightforward way. Confucius does not say to seek god visions and get in sociological trouble. These things about god are a secret.
