Here you will find some of the most popular Sherlock Holmes stories, directly adapted from the original text (courtesy the Gutenberg Project). Includes the famous Hound of the Baskervilles, Study in the Scarlet - the first ever published Sherlock Holmes story in the Strand, Sign of Four, Adventure of the Speckled Band, Musgrave Ritual and more!

The stories have been compiled only after my first hand introspection and the reader can be assured of authenticity. The links to the Sherlock Holmes cases are arranged at the bottom of this page.

I've been publishing these detective stories online for quite some time - 10 years to be precise, and while I havent changed much of it since its inception, I've decided to make the interface more user friendly. I've received a fair amount of positive feedback, and one of the most common request is to compile them all into a single PDF book (novel format) or multiple PDF stories for offline reading. Well I've considered that too, but I'd require the assistance of graphic designers or volunteers who would help me work on a good cover for the book, along with some insights.
